Design Concept
Our truck bed slide took a year to develop, with huge investment in aluminum profiles. The mold was made according to the model and year data, and the installation is simple and has a high degree of fit. Plastic-coated bearings are used, and the pull-out is extremely smooth and silent, ensuring pull-out and locking in one action.

Our truck bed slides use self-developed profile track, made of 6000 series aviation/aerospace-grade aluminum, features high load-bearing capacity, excellent toughness, and resistance to deformation. It can withstand a static uniform load of 200KG.
The surface is anodized and electrophoretically treated, corrosion-resistant.
The bearings of the slides combine stainless steel cores with high-strength POM plastic casing, ensuring smoother, quieter, and more durable sliding action. In contrast, direct metal-on-metal contact between stainless steel bearings and aluminum tracks leads to noise issues over time and offers no protection against water and sand.
